3H's Assembly

On Tuesday 25th May, 3H celebrated their learning in a wonderful assembly to parents and the whole school. They told us all about Healthy Eating and the importance of a balanced diet. The children demonstrated their wonderful singing voices and sang, "Sing to the Lord". A big thank you to Mr Hawke and Mrs Higgins and all the children's hard work. They would also like to thank all the parents and friends who were able to attend their assembly today.

Holy Week Presentations

This week the children have been learning about the Easter Story. Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 all presented parts of the Easter Story to the school. On Tuesday and Wednesday we reflected on the story through the Stations of the Cross which the children created and were shown in the playground.

We all hope you have a happy Easter and a restful Spring holiday.

1S Assembly

On Tuesday 9th March 1S celebrated their learning in their assembly to the parents and the school. They told us the importance of recycling to keep our beautiful world, beautiful. The children told us which materials can be recycled and how the materials are recycled.

World Book Day









On Thursday the children and staff had a great day dressed in their pyjamas and sharing their bedtime stories. Throughout the week as part of CLL week we have had class swaps and shared their favourite books. Our Book Fair will be running until Wednesday.

2G Assembly




Well done to the children of 2G who celebrated the importance of trust with the school in their assembly. They shared their learning of the author Anthony Browne and retold their favourite story, "Silly Billy". A big thank you to all the parents and friends who were able to attend the assembly today, it is really appreciated.

2F's Assembly

Oh Happy Days!

The children and staff of St Aidan's joined with many primary schools around the UK for a special Sing Up. At 11 o'clock we all gathered together in the school Hall and joined in singing, "Oh Happy Days!" Both the children and the staff had a wonderful time.
